Each unit is custom-measured and manufactured to match the precise configuration of the staircase, making it appropriate for a wide range of settings—from narrow or steep stairs to multi-ramp layouts and building entrances.
It travels along robust guide rails to ensure smooth, stable operation, while its straightforward design supports reliability and minimal maintenance.
The lift features a folding platform with an access ramp, along with safety arms that automatically raise and lower to provide secure travel up and down the stairs.

The Savaria Multilift vertical platform lift is engineered to provide wheelchair access between two stops. Its drive system is fully contained within the lift tower, eliminating the need for a separate machine room. Operation is managed simple push-and-hold
(constant-pressure) controls on the unit, along with a separate call station that can be installed nearby. An automatic access ramp extends at the lower landing to assist with entry and exit, while landing gates lock automatically to enhance safety. A built-in sensor system halts the lift if any obstruction is detected.
