Almost every UK property type can take one of our home lifts somewhere. The right spot depends on layout, not postcode.
Detached Homes
The most flexibility of any property type. A lounge corner, a stairwell void, or a cupboard-to-cupboard route are all realistic options.
Semi-Detached Homes
Very achievable. The Party Wall Act may apply if any work touches a shared wall, though many installations avoid this entirely. A survey will confirm.
Terraced and End-of-Terrace Homes

Regulations & Safety
Home lifts sold in the UK must meet the Lifts Regulations 2016 (Great Britain) and relevant UK Building Regulations covering structural, electrical and fire safety standards. Every installation is carried out and signed off by our own NVQ Level 3 Gold Card engineers.
